Electric Spring at Urban Adamah

We’re back at the farm on Sunday, April 19.

After the last dinner, it feels like we’ve found a rhythm at the farm - shared tables, a full room, things moving the way they’re supposed to. We’re building on that.

This one is a collaboration with 50Hertz, centered around Sichuan peppercorn.

Not just heat, but that numbing, citrusy, electric thing it does. We’ve been working through how to carry that across a full menu, especially as things start to shift into spring.

The menu will be pescatarian. It is served as a mix of passed apps, plated delights, and family-style platters.

There’s also a thread here - the long-standing connection between Jewish American tables and Chinese food. This isn’t a theme, exactly, just something that’s been in the background as we’ve been cooking.
