Electric Spring - RSVP Reminder
We’re just over a week out from our collaboration with 50Hertz Tingly Foods on Sunday, April 19.
If you’re planning to join, please RSVP by this Wednesday. We’ll be closing registration then to finalize the menu, shop, and prep.
This one has been especially fun to build. Working with 50Hertz, we’ve been diving into using Sichuan peppercorn in a way that carries thoughtfully across the whole meal. Not just heat, but that electric, citrusy numbness showing up in different forms throughout the night.
We’ll be back at Urban Adamah, settling into the rhythm that’s been emerging there. Shared tables, a full room, the kind of night that builds as it goes.
